Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) When Connie McCann came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Keewatin fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Connie McCann couldn't finish the play. After 8 minutes, Aurelio Darby mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Keewatin and the Redstone players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 8 played minutes Keewatin got a freekick which was hit by Aurelio Darby. After 9 played minutes, Redstone's Lino Gates shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Arthur Vertefeuille came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Redstone reached it. In the 12th minute the ball was on its way in behind Keewatin's goalkeeper Arthur Vertefeuille, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of Redstone booed when Keewatin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aurelio Darby didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Connie McCann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Armando Rochon struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Johnathan Meier didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Keewatin. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind Redstone's goalkeeper Johnathan Meier, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Connie McCann fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Johnathan Meier having to interfere. In the 38th minute, Connie McCann ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Johnathan Meier was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 42nd minute, Armando Rochon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Keewatin's Arthur Vertefeuille played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jae Walden in the 45th minute of play. Elliot McLean's late challenge caught a Keewatin's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Elliot McLean helped the player get up and apologised. After 46 played minutes Redstone got a freekick which was hit by Elliot McLean. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jae Walden was the one to do the kick off. When Jae Walden fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Redstone's protests and gave Jae Walden a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Keewatin booed when Redstone was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jae Walden didn't get a good kick on the ball. Keewatin's Pons Powers got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Johnathan Meier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Connie McCann in the 63rd minute of the match. If Omer Allaire had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 71 minutes into the match, Reggie Post sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Johnathan Meier threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Reggie Post this time. After a rather tough play, Redstone's Lino Gates got a free kick in the 72nd minute. In the 77th match minute, Keewatin was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Reggie Post to maneuver through the defense. If Armando Rochon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Keewatin's Arthur Vertefeuille played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jae Walden in the 85th minute of play. In the 86th match minute, Keewatin was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roman Eldridge to maneuver through the defense. Aurelio Darby sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
