With an extended leg and a bit of luck Roderick Singletary prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jae Walden struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Roderick Singletary didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Redstone. After having played for 21 minutes, Barton McCall managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Redstone's supporters crossed their fingers, but Barton McCall was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Deandre Pettit's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Johnathan Meier was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. Roderick Singletary showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jae Walden in the 34th minute of the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in Redstone fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 40th minute. Penalty! The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Josiah Zimmer stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 61st match minute, Redstone was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lino Gates to maneuver through the defense. 64 minutes into the game, Deandre Pettit was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sporting Olympique's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Redstone the free kick. Deandre Pettit kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Jae Walden sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Deandre Pettit could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Johnathan Meier made a huge save. Deandre Pettit who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 77thth minute tested the skills of Johnathan Meier when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The supporters of Sporting Olympique booed when Redstone was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elliot McLean didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 79th play minute Deandre Pettit came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Johnathan Meier. 0-2. Johnathan Meier yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. A collision led to Redstone getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Ellis Beam hit a great ball. After 97 minutes, Elliot McLean mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Redstone and the Sporting Olympique players grew even worse after the yellow card. Sporting Olympique's Josiah Zimmer got a good chance for a goal in the 100th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Redstone supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Sporting Olympique's performance. The match ended with a win for Sporting Olympique.
