After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Seymour Bray managed to get in a good position for a shot. Montreal Kings's supporters rose to their feet, but Seymour Bray was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Roderick Singletary breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 94 minutes in the game, Seymour Bray fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Roderick Singletary having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Leonard Dunlap during the 98th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
