Marcos Bright made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Firmin Aponte in the 19th minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, GALATASARAY FC's Jay Peacock sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Walton Busby narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Keneth Sellers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ermenegilde Fuentes might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marcos Bright. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edmond Newby's late challenge caught a Blainville Raptors's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Edmond Newby helped the player get up and apologised. 55 minutes into the game, one of GALATASARAY FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. After 60 minutes, Ermenegilde Fuentes made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. GALATASARAY FC's Marcos Bright tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Walton Busby made an important save on a dangerous shot by Keneth Sellers in the 64th minute. Marcos Bright took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ermenegilde Fuentes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 74th minute, GALATASARAY FC's Jay Peacock ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Walton Busby. Marcos Bright made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Firmin Aponte in the 94th minute of play. In the 95th minute Ermenegilde Fuentes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Bright saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Shaun Rich during the 96th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to GALATASARAY FC getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Shaun Rich hit a great ball. The supporters of Blainville Raptors booed when GALATASARAY FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 98 match minutes in a wonderful position. Augustin Gamelin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Firmin Aponte spun around in front of the goal 100 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of GALATASARAY FC's goal. Blainville Raptors's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
