Spectators: 8033 (Terracing: 6025, Seating: 1848, VIP seats: 160) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Alfred Loomis kicked off to start the match. Dwight Guidry made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lawerence Villalobos in the 3rd minute of play. After 4 played minutes SmokeBombers FC got a freekick which was hit by Maynard Paré. SmokeBombers FC's Philibert Cotton proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save SmokeBombers FC from getting a goal against them. When the match had gone on for 9 minutes, Alfred Loomis took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Philibert Cotton to make any attempt to save it. Colombe Sneed received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Philibert Cotton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aristide Elder's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dwight Guidry read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. Aristide Elder sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Langley FC's zone, Aristide Elder stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dwight Guidry came out of the goal and Aristide Elder tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 25th minute, Russel Ewing hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Danny Guilmette received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Dwight Guidry tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 29th match minute, Langley FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Russel Ewing to maneuver through the defense. Aristide Elder received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Dwight Guidry tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dwight Guidry showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Danny Guilmette, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Philibert Cotton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfred Loomis in the 43rd minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Aristide Elder made a kick off. Dwight Guidry made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aristide Elder in the 53rd minute of play. Russel Ewing hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Hans Rodriquez's late challenge caught a SmokeBombers FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hans Rodriquez helped the player get up and apologised. In the 56th match minute, Langley FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hans Rodriquez to maneuver through the defense. Aristide Elder received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Dwight Guidry tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Langley FC's zone, Danny Guilmette stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dwight Guidry came out of the goal and Danny Guilmette tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Langley FC's Dwight Guidry played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aristide Elder in the 67th minute of play. Hans Rodriquez hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. A hard shot 69 in the game by Danny Guilmette from a close distance when the talented Dwight Guidry managed to make a qualified save. Langley FC's players were relieved. Philibert Cotton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Colombe Sneed, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. 76 minutes into the game, Maynard Paré was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SmokeBombers FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Langley FC the free kick. Philibert Cotton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfred Loomis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dwight Guidry made an important save on a dangerous shot by Danny Guilmette in the 83rd minute. Danny Guilmette sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 91st minute, Hans Rodriquez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aristide Elder recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Langley FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of SmokeBombers FC for a fine match.
