Langley FC's Dwight Guidry played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thomas Bériault in the 4th minute of play. 9 minutes into the match, Langley FC's goalkeeper Dwight Guidry had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Demarcus Lange. Dwight Guidry made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thomas Bériault in the 11th minute of play. Colombe Sneed might have been able to make a better finish in the 12th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mitchel Vadeboncoeur. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Colombe Sneed ran back to his position shaking his head. Alfred Loomis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mitchel Vadeboncoeur having to interfere. Alfred Loomis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dwight Guidry made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Demarcus Lange sent off a good shot on target. In the 29th minute, Chet Farr hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Langley FC getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Russel Ewing hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Demarcus Lange in the 32nd minute of play forced Langley FC's goalkeeper Dwight Guidry to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mitchel Vadeboncoeur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Colombe Sneed, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Rickey Monjeau fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Demolition A.F.C's protests and gave Rickey Monjeau a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Demolition A.F.C getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Rickey Monjeau hit a great ball. In the 42nd minute, Sal Padilla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 44th minute the ball was on its way in behind Demolition A.F.C's goalkeeper Mitchel Vadeboncoeur, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Colombe Sneed fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mitchel Vadeboncoeur having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Thomas Bériault stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Demarcus Lange took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dwight Guidry. Dwight Guidry dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Mitchel Vadeboncoeur acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 62nd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Kelley Kitchen. 66 minutes into the match, Demolition A.F.C's goalkeeper Mitchel Vadeboncoeur had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Colombe Sneed. In the 68th minute Demarcus Lange shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dwight Guidry saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Russel Ewing fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Langley FC's protests and gave Russel Ewing a yellow card for diving instead. Russel Ewing hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. After having played for 71 minutes, Hans Rodriquez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Langley FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hans Rodriquez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Duane Seymour hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Dwight Guidry showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Demarcus Lange in the 78th minute of the match. The supporters of Demolition A.F.C booed when Langley FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Russel Ewing didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Langley FC's Russel Ewing got a free kick in the 85th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Demarcus Lange managed to get in a good position for a shot. Demolition A.F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Demarcus Lange was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dwight Guidry breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alain Caouette during the 91st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 92nd match minute, Demolition A.F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alain Caouette to maneuver through the defense. 1-1 became the score in the 93rd minute when Colombe Sneed elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Langley FC's Alfred Loomis slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Mitchel Vadeboncoeur. That made the score 1-2 after 96 minutes of play.
