Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Aristide Elder made the kick off which started today's match. In the 3rd minute, Shane Garrett hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A hard shot by Thanh Dyer from long distance, 3 minutes into the match, got Philibert Cotton's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Wilber Hurley stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Danny Guilmette's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. When the match clock showed 8 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Danny Guilmette sped through Pakenham FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Wilber Hurley. Pakenham FC's Wilber Hurley played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aristide Elder in the 14th minute of play. 15 minutes into the game, Danny Guilmette cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Wilber Hurley was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 19th minute Aristide Elder shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilber Hurley saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Spencer Rochon's late challenge caught a SmokeBombers FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Spencer Rochon helped the player get up and apologised. Danny Guilmette fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wilber Hurley having to interfere. Danny Guilmette sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pakenham FC's Spencer Rochon got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The corner ended in Thanh Dyer almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but SmokeBombers FC's Philibert Cotton did a great save. After a rather tough play, SmokeBombers FC's Edison McQueen got a free kick in the 36th minute. 39 minutes into the match, Pakenham FC's Morton Bondy sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Philibert Cotton narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Wilber Hurley showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lawerence Villalobos, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Spencer Rochon succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-2 in the 45th playminute.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Morton Bondy was the one to do the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Danny Guilmette managed to get in a good position for a shot. SmokeBombers FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Danny Guilmette was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wilber Hurley breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Aristide Elder fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wilber Hurley having to interfere. 1-3 became the score in the 58th minute when Danny Guilmette elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Morton Bondy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Philibert Cotton having to interfere. The supporters of Pakenham FC booed when SmokeBombers FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maynard Paré didn't get a good kick on the ball. Philibert Cotton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Morton Bondy in the 64th minute of play. With a little luck, Pakenham FC's Wilber Hurley got control of the ball when Danny Guilmette tried to sneak it across the goal line. Danny Guilmette recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Morton Bondy took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Philibert Cotton. Philibert Cotton dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. Maynard Paré fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wilber Hurley having to interfere. 79 minutes into the match, Pakenham FC's goalkeeper Wilber Hurley had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Danny Guilmette. Spencer Rochon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Philibert Cotton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Philibert Cotton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Morton Bondy, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. In the 84th minute, SmokeBombers FC's Aristide Elder ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Wilber Hurley. Wilber Hurley yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-4. Wilber Hurley made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Danny Guilmette sent off a good shot on target. Pakenham FC's Wilber Hurley played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edison McQueen in the 92nd minute of play. Wilber Hurley took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aristide Elder, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 97 minutes into the match, Pakenham FC's goalkeeper Wilber Hurley had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Danny Guilmette. SmokeBombers FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
