Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Mike Moïse started the match with the kick off. 3 minutes into the game, Delph's Drew Ferris nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mitchel Vadeboncoeur made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dexter Fay during the 6th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 7 minutes into the match, Demolition A.F.C's Sal Padilla broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. When Ermenegilde Desjardins fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Delph's protests and gave Ermenegilde Desjardins a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Delph's Ermenegilde Desjardins got a free kick in the 9th minute. Demolition A.F.C's Mitchel Vadeboncoeur proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Demolition A.F.C from getting a goal against them. Mike Moïse might have been able to make a better finish in the 14th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mitchel Vadeboncoeur. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mike Moïse ran back to his position shaking his head. When the match clock showed 16 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Garfield Sparks sped through Demolition A.F.C's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Mitchel Vadeboncoeur. Mitchel Vadeboncoeur stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mike Moïse's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. Mike Moïse sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mitchel Vadeboncoeur was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Mike Moïse showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 23 minute of play. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind Delph's goalkeeper Bruno Meredith, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 29th minute, Alain Caouette hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 30 minutes into the game, Delph's Mike Moïse nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mitchel Vadeboncoeur made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. With his leg Mitchel Vadeboncoeur managed to avoid a goal in the 35thth minute, when Delph's Garfield Sparks fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Garfield Sparks's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mitchel Vadeboncoeur read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. In the 40th minute of the match Delph got a corner. Demolition A.F.C's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Barton Aucoin ran over to the corner to take the kick. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

After 52 minutes, Garfield Sparks made it 6-0 with a short kick to the right side. Demolition A.F.C's Mitchel Vadeboncoeur tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 64 played minutes Demolition A.F.C got a freekick which was hit by Rickey Monjeau. In the 69th minute Garfield Sparks shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mitchel Vadeboncoeur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 71st minute of the match Lou Dodson shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mitchel Vadeboncoeur showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After having played for 76 minutes, Mike Moïse managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Delph's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mike Moïse was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Demolition A.F.C's Rickey Monjeau got a free kick in the 77th minute. Mitchel Vadeboncoeur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mike Moïse, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. In the 79th minute, Garfield Sparks had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. 79 minutes into the game, Sal Padilla was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Demolition A.F.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Delph the free kick. Sal Padilla kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Mike Moïse recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Drew Ferris received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Mitchel Vadeboncoeur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 93rd minute, Mike Moïse made a precise shot to the right of Mitchel Vadeboncoeur. Demolition A.F.C's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. Bruno Meredith showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thomas Bériault in the 97th minute of the match. Delph were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Demolition A.F.C for a fine match.
