In the 13th minute the ball was on its way in behind SmokeBombers FC's goalkeeper Philibert Cotton, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Lawerence Villalobos hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. 15 minutes into the match, Mike Moïse notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of SmokeBombers FC's Philibert Cotton. Philibert Cotton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Garfield Sparks in the 46th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mike Moïse in the 48th minute of play forced SmokeBombers FC's goalkeeper Philibert Cotton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-4 lead.

SmokeBombers FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 53rd minute, when Mike Moïse scored to the left of an out of position Philibert Cotton, making the score, 1-5. Mike Moïse struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Philibert Cotton didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Delph. Dallas Hudson hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. If Mike Moïse had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mike Moïse sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edison McQueen hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. After having played for 69 minutes, Garfield Sparks managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Delph's supporters crossed their fingers, but Garfield Sparks was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 72 minutes into the match, SmokeBombers FC's goal looked a bit too open when Drew Ferris came free, but Philibert Cotton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mike Moïse in the 74th minute of play forced SmokeBombers FC's goalkeeper Philibert Cotton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to SmokeBombers FC getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Edison McQueen hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in SmokeBombers FC's zone, Mike Moïse stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Philibert Cotton came out of the goal and Mike Moïse tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Garfield Sparks who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 81stth minute tested the skills of Philibert Cotton when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Dexter Fay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Philibert Cotton having to interfere. Mike Moïse's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Philibert Cotton read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play.
