Spectators: 7550 (Terracing: 5800, Seating: 1650, VIP seats: 100) When Billie Busch came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the FARGO fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Billie Busch couldn't finish the play. In the 14th minute, Danny Guilmette hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 1-0 became the score in the 17th minute when Lanny Lambert elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Billie Busch struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Philibert Cotton didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FARGO. Billie Busch fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Philibert Cotton having to interfere. In the 33rd minute, Maynard Paré hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 37th minute Danny Guilmette shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Célestin Babcock saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Philibert Cotton was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Billie Busch showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 42 minute of play. Aristide Elder's late challenge caught a FARGO's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aristide Elder helped the player get up and apologised.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Billie Busch was the one to do the kick off. Philibert Cotton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Billie Busch in the 53rd minute of play. Billie Busch's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Philibert Cotton read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. Philibert Cotton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cory Waters in the 58th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, SmokeBombers FC's Devon Beam got a free kick in the 59th minute. Philibert Cotton came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by FARGO's Cory Waters. But to his dismay, Cory Waters quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Célestin Babcock made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Edison McQueen sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, SmokeBombers FC's Lawerence Villalobos got a free kick in the 72nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in SmokeBombers FC's zone, Billie Busch stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Philibert Cotton came out of the goal and Billie Busch tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 76 minutes, Billie Busch managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FARGO's supporters crossed their fingers, but Billie Busch was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 80th minute Lanny Lambert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Philibert Cotton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 81st minute, Ivan Funk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 85 played minutes SmokeBombers FC got a freekick which was hit by Edison McQueen. In the 89th minute, Gonzalo Shook hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Cory Waters had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
