Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Brandon Denson started the match with the kick off. In the 5th match minute, Malonton FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chris Sutton to maneuver through the defense. Urbain Sorenson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brandon Denson in the 6th minute of play. The supporters of CANADA booed when Malonton FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eloy Drew didn't get a good kick on the ball. Urbain Sorenson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Brandon Denson, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. James Olsen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Chase Morales tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Chase Morales showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from James Olsen, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. After a defensive mix-up in CANADA's zone, James Olsen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Chase Morales came out of the goal and James Olsen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers James Olsen in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Chase Morales saved CANADA from getting behind. After a rather tough play, CANADA's Ali Holt got a free kick in the 30th minute. CANADA's goalkeeper couldn't reach when James Olsen 37 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. Donnell Greenberg charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Donnell Greenberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 46 played minutes Malonton FC got a freekick which was hit by Donnell Greenberg.

The wind increased when James Olsen made the kick off in the second half. Donnell Greenberg was shown his second yellow card after 53 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. A collision led to Malonton FC getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Donnell Greenberg hit a great ball. Dallas Vogel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Honoré Veronneau hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Chase Morales took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dallas Vogel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 67th match minute, Malonton FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eloy Drew to maneuver through the defense. Dallas Vogel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chase Morales having to interfere. Dallas Vogel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 76th minute of the game. One of CANADA:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Malonton FC:s goal. Dallas Vogel struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Chase Morales didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Malonton FC. When Bruno Gil came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Malonton FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bruno Gil couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the CANADA defense, Dallas Vogel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Chase Morales. The CANADA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Chase Morales should have stopped the shot. Honoré Veronneau hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. James Olsen charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed James Olsen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Urbain Sorenson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Brandon Denson in the 99th minute of the match. Malonton FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
