With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tracy Ingram in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Elmo McFarland saved Westholm FC from getting behind. In the 12th minute Tracy Ingram shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elmo McFarland saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dwayne Lemons sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Atnarko AFC getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Long Godwin hit a great ball. Branden Lemon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wilbert Berg having to interfere. After 32 played minutes Westholm FC got a freekick which was hit by Dwayne Lemons. Tracy Ingram struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Elmo McFarland didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Atnarko AFC. An unexpected shot in the 39th minute by Tracy Ingram got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 40th minute, Valentine Bowling hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Atnarko AFC's Dwayne Dagenais tried to score from far away in the 41st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The supporters of Atnarko AFC booed when Westholm FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Michael Hill didn't get a good kick on the ball. Wilbert Berg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Michael Hill, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. After the first half Westholm FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The supporters of Atnarko AFC booed when Westholm FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daren Pineda didn't get a good kick on the ball. Wilbert Berg didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Westholm FC's Branden Lemon shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-2 in the ordered_time% minute. When Branden Lemon came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Westholm FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Branden Lemon couldn't finish the play. In the 65th minute the ball was on its way in behind Atnarko AFC's goalkeeper Wilbert Berg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Tracy Ingram's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Elmo McFarland was relentless in the 67th minute of the game. Wilbert Berg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Branden Lemon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 75th minute, Michael Hill fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Branden Lemon might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wilbert Berg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Branden Lemon ran back to his position shaking his head. If Michael Hill had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Branden Lemon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Wilbert Berg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Branden Lemon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
