Spectators: 8043 (Terracing: 6033, Seating: 1850, VIP seats: 160) Sergio Veilleux started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. The audience was convinced that Miguel Walton's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cesar Mailly was relentless in the 4th minute of the game. In the 6th minute, Papillion Coyle hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rob Houston didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Otto Nance went, in the 16th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Bonarlaw's Rob Houston played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Papillion Coyle in the 21st minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Van Abraham during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 27 played minutes Bonarlaw got a freekick which was hit by Van Abraham. Clifton Xiong kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 33 minutes, Rob Houston successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 36 minutes into the game, Bonarlaw's Miguel Walton nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cesar Mailly made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Miguel Walton in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cesar Mailly prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Toronto FC getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Constantin Benoit hit a great ball. In the 46thth minute of the game Miguel Walton who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Toronto FC's Cesar Mailly was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The Toronto FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Bonarlaw were winning 1-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Miguel Walton was the one to do the kick off. Rob Houston made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Constantin Benoit in the 52nd minute of play. Bonarlaw's Rob Houston played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sergio Veilleux in the 55th minute of play. Sergio Blackmon's late challenge caught a Toronto FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sergio Blackmon helped the player get up and apologised. In the 57th match minute, Bonarlaw was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sergio Blackmon to maneuver through the defense. In the 59th minute Sergio Veilleux shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rob Houston saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rob Houston showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sergio Veilleux in the 62nd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Raphaël Lowe managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bonarlaw's supporters rose to their feet, but Raphaël Lowe was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cesar Mailly breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cesar Mailly came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by Bonarlaw's Lance Holliday. But to his dismay, Lance Holliday quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. When Bonarlaw's Miguel Walton in the 75th minute got a chance for a shot 75th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Toronto FC's goalie prevented a goal. 81 minutes into the game, Clifton Xiong threw the ball into play from the sideline. Bonarlaw's Ezekiel Ledford quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Papillion Coyle hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. 86 minutes into the match, Bonarlaw's goal looked a bit too open when Constantin Benoit came free, but Rob Houston reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Raphaël Lowe blasted a shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cesar Mailly having to make a save. 90 minutes into the match, Constantin Benoit had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rob Houston. Bonarlaw's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Constantin Benoit was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. Rob Houston showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Papillion Coyle in the 94th minute of the match. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Bonarlaw walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
