Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Gonzalo Duplanty started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Edwin Russo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rocky Mélançon in the 5th minute of play. Nolan Lovett blasted a shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Edwin Russo having to make a save. Edwin Russo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nolan Lovett, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Nolan Lovett received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Edwin Russo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gonzalo Duplanty sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tyrell Coffman in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adalberto Knapp prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 27th minute, Nolan Lovett got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Germain Flint got free with Edwin Russo in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Nolan Lovett received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Edwin Russo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fowler's Bryce Butcher got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

52 minutes into the match, Fowler's goalkeeper Adalberto Knapp had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tyrell Coffman. Nolan Lovett fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edwin Russo having to interfere. A collision led to Fowler getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Rocky Mélançon hit a great ball. When Tyrell Coffman came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Bouchard FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tyrell Coffman couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nolan Lovett in the 66th minute of play forced Bouchard FC's goalkeeper Edwin Russo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Bouchard FC defense, Rocky Mélançon kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Edwin Russo. The Bouchard FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edwin Russo should have stopped the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Nolan Lovett managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fowler's supporters rose to their feet, but Nolan Lovett was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edwin Russo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 82nd minute, Germain Flint left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Fowler fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. After a rather tough play, Fowler's Bertram Hatch got a free kick in the 86th minute. After having played for 88 minutes, Gonzalo Duplanty managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bouchard FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gonzalo Duplanty was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 95 played minutes Fowler got a freekick which was hit by Germain Flint.
