Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The supporters of Joffre FC booed when Iceland FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Esteban Pacheco didn't get a good kick on the ball. Brooks Stjohn acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 7th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Anatole Cyr. In the 8th minute Jamey Martin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Brooks Stjohn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 11 minutes, Milton Barrow managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Iceland FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Milton Barrow was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Basil Bolton's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Brooks Stjohn firmly grabbed it by the left post. Whitney Wagner showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thomas Duncan in the 16th minute of the match. Nicky Wilhelm recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Jamey Martin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Brooks Stjohn was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. 21 minutes into the match, Iceland FC's goalkeeper Brooks Stjohn had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Basil Bolton. In the 26th match minute, Joffre FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sal Hay to maneuver through the defense. Nicky Wilhelm sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 32 minutes into the match, Iceland FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jamey Martin came free, but Brooks Stjohn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Lloyd McGinnis fell near the penalty area in the 37th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Iceland FC's protests and gave Lloyd McGinnis a yellow card for diving instead. In the 43rd minute, Joffre FC's Basil Bolton ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Brooks Stjohn. Brooks Stjohn yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Brooks Stjohn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jamey Martin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jamey Martin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd match minute, Iceland FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Thomas Duncan to maneuver through the defense. 56 minutes into the match, Nicky Wilhelm had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Whitney Wagner. Joffre FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nicky Wilhelm was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Whitney Wagner stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nicky Wilhelm's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. With a little luck, Joffre FC's Whitney Wagner got control of the ball when Milton Barrow tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jamey Martin in the 65th minute of play forced Iceland FC's goalkeeper Brooks Stjohn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Basil Bolton's late challenge caught a Iceland FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Basil Bolton helped the player get up and apologised. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Nicky Wilhelm managed to get in a good position for a shot. Iceland FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Nicky Wilhelm was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Whitney Wagner breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Joffre FC's zone, Lloyd McGinnis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Whitney Wagner came out of the goal and Lloyd McGinnis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Iceland FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Nicky Wilhelm in the 86th minute. Iceland FC's Brooks Stjohn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Basil Bolton in the 88th minute of play. After 89 played minutes Iceland FC got a freekick which was hit by Esteban Pacheco. When Sal Hay fell near the penalty area in the 93rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Joffre FC's protests and gave Sal Hay a yellow card for diving instead. Sal Hay kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match.
