If Fabian Friend had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pierre Gosselin struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Kerry Boyd didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Atletico Totogol. Fabian Friend fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carrol Granger having to interfere. Club Atletico Totogol's Harley Samuels got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Stormsurge FC's Kerry Boyd proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Stormsurge FC from getting a goal against them. If Mauricio Wilhelm had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lynn Clavet was the one to do the kick off. In the 56th minute of the match Nicholas Wilcox shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Carrol Granger showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Fabian Friend received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Carrol Granger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 63 minutes into the match, Club Atletico Totogol's goalkeeper Carrol Granger had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fabian Friend. If Fabian Friend had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Stormsurge FC's Kerry Boyd played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pierre Gosselin in the 67th minute of play. Frédéric Mullins received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Kerry Boyd tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fabian Friend recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kerry Boyd showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lynn Clavet in the 76th minute of the match. Carrol Granger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mauricio Wilhelm, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. If Fabian Friend had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 90 played minutes Stormsurge FC got a freekick which was hit by Gérald Curtis. After having played for 94 minutes, Pierre Gosselin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Atletico Totogol's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pierre Gosselin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fabian Friend got free with Carrol Granger in the 97th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
