He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Hobbema reached it. The audience was convinced that Scot Desforges's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bernard Camp was relentless in the 5th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Scot Desforges in the 8th minute of play forced Hobbema's goalkeeper Bernard Camp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Brooks Murray could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Bernard Camp made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Brooks Murray got free with Bernard Camp in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bernard Camp made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Brooks Murray sent off a good shot on target. Hobbema's Bernard Camp proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Hobbema from getting a goal against them. Les Hatch took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roosevelt Mendez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Hobbema's Bernard Camp got control of the ball when Brooks Murray tried to sneak it across the goal line. Brooks Murray fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernard Camp having to interfere. 45 minutes into the match, Émile Mitchell sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Bernard Camp threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Émile Mitchell this time. After a rather tough play, Que The Tides's Émilien Stephenson got a free kick in the 47th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Scot Desforges to strike the kick off in the second half. Que The Tides's attentive Émilien Stephenson managed to snatch the ball when Tyler Ingram made a throw-in in the 53rd minute of the game. In the 56th minute of the match Cletus Charette sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bernard Camp skillfully saved the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Scot Desforges in the 60th minute of play forced Hobbema's goalkeeper Bernard Camp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 62nd minute Conrad Cooke shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Les Hatch saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 64 minutes into the match, Hobbema's goal looked a bit too open when Scot Desforges came free, but Bernard Camp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Roosevelt Mendez's late challenge caught a Que The Tides's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Roosevelt Mendez helped the player get up and apologised. In the 65th minute, Roosevelt Mendez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 67 minutes into the match, Hobbema's goal looked a bit too open when Scot Desforges came free, but Bernard Camp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Scot Desforges sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 71 minutes of play, Hobbema's Dominick Migneault made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Les Hatch was left in no man's land by his defense there! Scot Desforges scored 2-1 in the 75th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bernard Camp, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Scot Desforges received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Bernard Camp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Conrad Cooke hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. The supporters of Hobbema booed when Que The Tides was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dominic Marin didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Hobbema's Joachim Bates tried to score from far away in the 97th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Que The Tides had won after a very even match.
