A collision led to Picton AFC getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Warner Lamoureux hit a great ball. If Frances Riquet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Earnest Beaver to strike the kick off in the second half. After having played for 53 minutes, Earnest Beaver managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. TDOT FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Earnest Beaver was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. TDOT FC's Frances Riquet got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 60 minutes into the match, Picton AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Earnest Beaver came free, but Jerrod Overton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. TDOT FC's Alphonso Askew proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save TDOT FC from getting a goal against them. TDOT FC were awarded a corner in the 79th minute after Picton AFC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Dexter Stanton took the corner. Jerrod Overton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frances Riquet, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Frances Riquet hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Picton AFC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
