In the 16th minute Thibault Crête shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dan Khan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Woodbridge Strikers booed when NDG United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Granville Light didn't get a good kick on the ball. Billie Ohara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Séverin Thorne, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Séverin Thorne succeeded in the game's 35th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 3-0. Sheldon Goode fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Billie Ohara having to interfere. Séverin Thorne received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Billie Ohara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Séverin Thorne made a kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Wilburn LondeLalonde kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Dan Khan. That made the score 3-1 in the 52 minute of play. Olivier Dykes charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Olivier Dykes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 60 played minutes NDG United got a freekick which was hit by Olivier Dykes. The supporters of Woodbridge Strikers booed when NDG United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Olivier Dykes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Granville Light's late challenge caught a Woodbridge Strikers's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Granville Light helped the player get up and apologised. If Wilburn LondeLalonde had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Granville Light was shown his second yellow card after 79 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Billie Ohara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Connie Pennington in the 88th minute of the match. In the 90th minute Sheldon Goode shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Billie Ohara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. NDG United fully deserved thier win.
