Spectators: 8035 (Terracing: 6027, Seating: 1848, VIP seats: 160) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Raoul Labrie kicked off to start the match. In the 5th minute, Kirk Cottrell got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabrice Coleman in the 7th minute of play forced Rapid Vienna's goalkeeper Abe Canales to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anselme Houser recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 23rd minute, Antoine Coronado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Abe Canales showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kirk Cottrell in the 24th minute of the match. 28 minutes into the match, Rapid Vienna's goal looked a bit too open when Everette Quintana came free, but Abe Canales reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dorsey Bates in the 30th minute of play forced Rapid Vienna's goalkeeper Abe Canales to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rapid Vienna's Abe Canales played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kirk Cottrell in the 32nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ernie Deleon in the 33rd minute of play forced Rapid Vienna's goalkeeper Abe Canales to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Abe Canales made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabrice Coleman in the 34th minute of play. Abe Canales took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ernie Deleon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Everette Quintana fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abe Canales having to interfere. If Everette Quintana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Abe Canales took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kirk Cottrell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 42nd minute of the match Warman got a corner. Rapid Vienna's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Tod Hutchins ran over to the corner to take the kick. Warman's Dorsey Bates was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Abe Canales in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Rapid Vienna's Abe Canales played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kirk Cottrell in the 44th minute of play. 46 minutes into the game, Warman's Ernie Deleon nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Abe Canales made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kirk Cottrell to make the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ernie Deleon got free with Abe Canales in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A hard shot 54 in the game by Ernie Deleon from a close distance when the talented Abe Canales managed to make a qualified save. Rapid Vienna's players were relieved. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ernie Deleon got free with Abe Canales in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Fabrice Coleman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Abe Canales made a huge save. Abe Canales made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kirk Cottrell in the 58th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kirk Cottrell in the 60th minute of play forced Rapid Vienna's goalkeeper Abe Canales to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rapid Vienna's Abe Canales proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Rapid Vienna from getting a goal against them. In the 64th minute Raoul Labrie shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcellus Mothé saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kirk Cottrell in the 66th minute of play forced Rapid Vienna's goalkeeper Abe Canales to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Anselme Houser had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Abe Canales was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Kirk Cottrell showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-2 in the 70 minute of play. Abe Canales was a little too slow when Everette Quintana got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 76th minute. The score was now 0-3. Ernie Deleon hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Rapid Vienna's Abe Canales proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Rapid Vienna from getting a goal against them. Abe Canales made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Fabrice Coleman sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice moves Fabrice Coleman could shoot a difficult shot in the 83rd minute, which Abe Canales however easily saved by the left post. Everette Quintana recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Rapid Vienna's Abe Canales got control of the ball when Ernie Deleon tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 94th minute, Kirk Cottrell reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Abe Canales. The goal made the score 0-5. When the match was over Warman could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Rapid Vienna throughout the match.
