Spectators: 6836 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1834, VIP seats: 2) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Monroe Hanley made the kick off which started today's match. Monroe Hanley fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Normand Knox having to interfere. Chi Lillys short, quick shot in the 6thth minute got Normand Knox to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Holl holl's Normand Knox proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save Holl holl from getting a goal against them. Jamie Zapata hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Monroe Hanley hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Jamaal Manley kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. When Huey Darden came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Holl holl fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Huey Darden couldn't finish the play. Brian Ransom took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gino Fontaine. Gino Fontaine dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Normand Knox didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 21st minute, which inside left pole to 1-1. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind Holl holl's goalkeeper Normand Knox, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Monroe Hanley recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Monroe Hanley managed to get in a good position for a shot. Orangeville SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Monroe Hanley was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Normand Knox breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Chi Lilly received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Normand Knox tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 40 minutes, Keith Aldridge mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Holl holl and the Orangeville SC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Keith Aldridge kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Brian Ransom to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Holl holl's Brian Ransom got a free kick in the 55th minute. If Monroe Hanley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Chi Lilly received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. The Holl holl supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Holl holl would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
