Spectators: 8012 (Terracing: 6011, Seating: 1842, VIP seats: 159) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Elijah Ward got the match started through his kick off. Sherwood Paimboeuf's late challenge caught a FK Norman Vikingur's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sherwood Paimboeuf helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Quetico getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Sherwood Paimboeuf hit a great ball. After 5 played minutes, FK Norman Vikingur's Rickey Walden shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Gary Crocker came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FK Norman Vikingur reached it. Quetico's Gary Crocker played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucien Whatley in the 8th minute of play. 9 minutes into the match, Quetico's goal looked a bit too open when Lucien Whatley came free, but Gary Crocker reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Trinidad Hurt in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gary Crocker prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Lucien Whatley's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gary Crocker read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. Trinidad Hurt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gary Crocker having to interfere. Gary Crocker showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Trinidad Hurt in the 15th minute of the match. Désiré Zapata was out of position in the 19 minute of play, and Elijah Ward capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Elijah Ward really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Gary Crocker stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Trinidad Hurt's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. If Trinidad Hurt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of FK Norman Vikingur booed when Quetico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucas Lussier didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Lucien Whatley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Walker Watts came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Quetico fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Walker Watts couldn't finish the play. Elijah Ward received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Désiré Zapata tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gary Crocker showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucien Whatley in the 44th minute of the match.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lucien Whatley stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Lucien Whatley fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gary Crocker having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Trinidad Hurt got free with Gary Crocker in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Désiré Zapata came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Quetico's Raoul Lackey. But to his dismay, Raoul Lackey quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Raoul Lackey received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Désiré Zapata tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucien Whatley in the 95th minute of play forced Quetico's goalkeeper Gary Crocker to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FK Norman Vikingur's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
