Hong Sexton made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Régis Blanton sent off a good shot on target. Isaiah Lange charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Isaiah Lange the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Isaiah Lange kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Adam Dodge showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmund Zimmerman, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. When Rogers's Nicholas McLain in the 16th minute got a chance for a shot 16th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Team Name's goalie prevented a goal. Rogers's Nicholas McLain got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Régis Blanton took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hong Sexton. Hong Sexton dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. If Edmund Zimmerman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hong Sexton had great luck who in the 28thth minute grab hold of the ball when Teddy Metz from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Rogers's defense didn't have a chance, in the 31st minute, when Régis Blanton scored to the left of an out of position Hong Sexton, making the score, 2-0. Adam Dodge made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmund Zimmerman in the 35th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Team Name's Teddy Metz slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Hong Sexton. That made the score 3-0 after 36 minutes of play. Team Name's Adam Dodge played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmund Zimmerman in the 40th minute of play. Teddy Metz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hong Sexton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teddy Metz, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. After 47 minutes, Lyle Corbett mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rogers and the Team Name players grew even worse after the yellow card. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Teddy Metz made a kick off. If Régis Blanton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nicholas McLain recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nicholas McLain struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Adam Dodge didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rogers. Régis Blanton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 73 minutes into the match, Rogers's goal looked a bit too open when Régis Blanton came free, but Hong Sexton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hong Sexton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teddy Metz in the 74th minute of the match. Edmund Zimmerman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Adam Dodge tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 79th minute, but Adam Dodge got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Team Name hanging dry this time. Hong Sexton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Régis Blanton in the 83rd minute of play. Régis Blanton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Hong Sexton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Régis Blanton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 92nd match minute, Rogers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Buford Dent to maneuver through the defense. 98 minutes into the game, Teddy Metz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Hong Sexton was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. For all the effort they put into the match, the Rogers players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Team Name.
