Spectators: 7365 (Terracing: 5625, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 15) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Ferdinand Boyle made the kick off which started today's match. Ivory Posey received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Aron Springer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of The Friction booed when Tlell was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Harry Peterson didn't get a good kick on the ball. 14 minutes into the match, Ivory Posey notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Tlell's Aron Springer. Aron Springer was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ivory Posey fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aron Springer having to interfere. When The Friction's Ferdinand Boyle in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Tlell's goalie prevented a goal. If Ferdinand Boyle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Augustin Sansouci kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Tlell's Aron Springer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ferdinand Boyle in the 28th minute of play. Burt Herring blasted a shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Julio Garland having to make a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Burt Herring got free with Julio Garland in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 35 minutes into the game, Lauren McFadden was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. The Friction's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tlell the free kick. Manuel Floyd recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ivory Posey received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Aron Springer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aron Springer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ferdinand Boyle, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute.

The wind increased when Norman Terry made the kick off in the second half. Ivory Posey's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 52ndth minute, Aron Springer skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Ivory Posey fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aron Springer having to interfere. In the 55th minute, Ivory Posey got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 58th play minute Ivory Posey came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Aron Springer. 0-2. The Friction's Lauren McFadden got his second yellow card of the match in the 64th minute. The referee ordered Lauren McFadden off the ground. Lauren McFadden hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. If Burt Herring had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Norman Terry blasted a shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Julio Garland having to make a save. In the 70th minute Norman Terry shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Garland saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Ferdinand Boyle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Ivory Posey came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the The Friction fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ivory Posey couldn't finish the play. Ivory Posey fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aron Springer having to interfere. In the 76th minute, Ivory Posey got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Friction's Luigi Parra got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ivory Posey fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aron Springer having to interfere. Daren Hawthorne who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 87thth minute tested the skills of Aron Springer when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Aron Springer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ivory Posey in the 88th minute of play. Ivory Posey sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Friction's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
