In the 10th minute Art Salmons shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Barton Lécuyer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dave Bloom charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dave Bloom the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 12th minute, Dave Bloom hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 13 played minutes MURGASH got a freekick which was hit by Olen Zamora. Barton Lécuyer stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Erik Hinton's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. Barton Lécuyer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yann Hobbs, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. In the 30th minute, Johnathan Holt reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Joel Boswell. The goal made the score 2-0. Barton Lécuyer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erik Hinton in the 33rd minute of play. Pipun's Barton Lécuyer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yann Hobbs in the 35th minute of play. Erik Hinton scored 2-1 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Barton Lécuyer, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nestor Trotter to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, MURGASH's goal looked a bit too open when Nestor Trotter came free, but Joel Boswell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Johnathan Holt took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Joel Boswell. Joel Boswell dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. MURGASH's Stevie Finch was substituted for Rosario Proctor. 62 minutes into the match, Pipun's goalkeeper Barton Lécuyer had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Steven Durham. 67 minutes into the match, Johnathan Holt notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of MURGASH's Joel Boswell. Joel Boswell was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 80th minute, Steven Durham left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The MURGASH fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-2. When Pipun's Johnathan Holt in the 85th minute got a chance for a shot 85th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye MURGASH's goalie prevented a goal. After some careless play in the Pipun defense, Steven Durham kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Barton Lécuyer. The Pipun fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Barton Lécuyer should have stopped the shot. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Pipun fully deserved thier win.
