The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 4 minutes, Marco Plouffe mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the XENON FC and the MURGASH players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 4th minute, Marco Plouffe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 6th minute, Rosario Proctor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. MURGASH's defense didn't have a chance, in the 7th minute, when Bret Marrero scored to the left of an out of position Joel Boswell, making the score, 1-0. After 19 played minutes XENON FC got a freekick which was hit by Mack Riggs. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Mark Carlton managed to get in a good position for a shot. MURGASH's supporters rose to their feet, but Mark Carlton was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edmond Cleveland breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 21st minute, Marco Plouffe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edmond Cleveland made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erik Hinton in the 24th minute of play. A collision led to XENON FC getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Lindsey Ring hit a great ball. Edmond Cleveland showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Art Salmons in the 26th minute of the match. Joel Boswell didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lucien Rivière went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Shad Funk kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. MURGASH's Joel Boswell proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save MURGASH from getting a goal against them. The audience was convinced that Yann Hobbs's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Edmond Cleveland was relentless in the 43rd minute of the game. In the 44th minute Art Salmons shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edmond Cleveland saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lucien Rivière made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, MURGASH's goal looked a bit too open when Pasquale Ratliff came free, but Joel Boswell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 52 minutes, Chung Beausoleil mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the MURGASH and the XENON FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. When Pasquale Ratliff came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the XENON FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pasquale Ratliff couldn't finish the play. Edmond Cleveland made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Rosario Proctor sent off a good shot on target. In the 58th minute, Rosario Proctor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. MURGASH made a substitution. Stevie Finch replaced Rosario Proctor. MURGASH made a substitution. Steven Durham replaced Erik Hinton. In the 60th match minute, MURGASH was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rosario Proctor to maneuver through the defense. With an all-out effort, MURGASH's Edmond Cleveland threw himself towards the right post 64 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Steven Durham, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Joel Boswell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lindsey Ring in the 68th minute of the match. Joel Boswell came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by XENON FC's Lucien Rivière. But to his dismay, Lucien Rivière quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Joel Boswell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lindsey Ring in the 74th minute of the match. Edmond Cleveland took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stevie Finch, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 81 minutes into the match, MURGASH's goal looked a bit too open when Pasquale Ratliff came free, but Joel Boswell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 83 minutes, Mauro Childers mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the MURGASH and the XENON FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Mauro Childers kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. MURGASH's Joel Boswell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pasquale Ratliff in the 84th minute of play. Joel Boswell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pasquale Ratliff in the 87th minute of the match. After 90 minutes of play, MURGASH's Steven Durham made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Edmond Cleveland was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Art Salmons in the 93rd minute of play forced XENON FC's goalkeeper Edmond Cleveland to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joel Boswell stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pasquale Ratliff's shot from short distance in the 94th minute. XENON FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
