The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Cornelius Spicer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amédée Guinn, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Régis Holmes scored 0-1 in the 9th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cornelius Spicer, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Telesphore Regan hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Amédée Guinn managed to get in a good position for a shot. Terrebonne's supporters rose to their feet, but Amédée Guinn was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cornelius Spicer breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Régis Holmes in the 17th minute of play forced FC Furious's goalkeeper Cornelius Spicer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cornelius Spicer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Régis Holmes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jere Walton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonathan Mayfield in the 20th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amédée Guinn in the 24th minute of play forced FC Furious's goalkeeper Cornelius Spicer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Amédée Guinn managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cornelius Spicer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Terrebonne. 47 minutes into the match, FC Furious's goal looked a bit too open when Amédée Guinn came free, but Cornelius Spicer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Amédée Guinn made a kick off. After a rather tough play, FC Furious's Leo Titus got a free kick in the 58th minute. Cornelius Spicer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amédée Guinn in the 60th minute of play. When Telesphore Regan fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Furious's protests and gave Telesphore Regan a yellow card for diving instead. After 61 played minutes FC Furious got a freekick which was hit by Telesphore Regan. Leland Parham hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. With his leg Cornelius Spicer managed to avoid a goal in the 68thth minute, when Terrebonne's Amédée Guinn fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. FC Furious's Cornelius Spicer proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save FC Furious from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in FC Furious's zone, Amédée Guinn stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cornelius Spicer came out of the goal and Amédée Guinn tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Régis Holmes got free with Cornelius Spicer in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 80 minutes into the match, FC Furious's goal looked a bit too open when Amédée Guinn came free, but Cornelius Spicer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Régis Holmes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cornelius Spicer made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Régis Holmes sent off a good shot on target. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Amédée Guinn in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cornelius Spicer saved FC Furious from getting behind. When Terrebonne's Amédée Guinn in the 87th minute got a chance for a shot 87th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Furious's goalie prevented a goal. Thanks to some nice moves Régis Holmes could shoot a difficult shot in the 90th minute, which Cornelius Spicer however easily saved by the left post. Cornelius Spicer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amédée Guinn in the 91st minute of the match. Régis Holmes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Cornelius Spicer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Terrebonne played a much better game than FC Furious and deserved their victory. The FC Furious players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
