Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Raul Elder started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 1-0 became the score in the 5th minute when Jon Dozier elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Williams Dempsey in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jewel Cooke saved FC Toronto from getting behind. In the 9th minute, Jon Dozier made a precise shot to the right of Jewel Cooke. FC Toronto's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Jewel Cooke made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jon Dozier in the 13th minute. The audience was convinced that Williams Dempsey's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jewel Cooke was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. After 20 played minutes FC Toronto got a freekick which was hit by Olen Singh. Milltown's Jon Dozier got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Williams Dempsey sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 28 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for FC Toronto! After 32 played minutes FC Toronto got a freekick which was hit by Alvaro Ivy. An unexpectedly hard shot by Williams Dempsey in the 38th minute of play forced FC Toronto's goalkeeper Jewel Cooke to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Demetrius Maxwell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 43 minutes into the match, FC Toronto's Raul Elder sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Christopher Stapleton narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jewel Cooke took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Williams Dempsey, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Antonio Pinette made a great header on Milltown's corner, it was just that FC Toronto's Jewel Cooke managed to reach the ball for a save. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The wind increased when Williams Dempsey made the kick off in the second half. Jewel Cooke showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jon Dozier, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. In the 55th match minute, FC Toronto was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Olen Singh to maneuver through the defense. FC Toronto's Jewel Cooke played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Williams Dempsey in the 56th minute of play. Williams Dempsey might have been able to make a better finish in the 57th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jewel Cooke. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Williams Dempsey ran back to his position shaking his head. If Jon Dozier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Williams Dempsey managed to get in a good position for a shot. Milltown's supporters rose to their feet, but Williams Dempsey was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jewel Cooke breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 65th minute, Jon Dozier got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Milltown's Williams Dempsey got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jon Dozier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Jewel Cooke tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 73rd minute Williams Dempsey shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jewel Cooke saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 73 minutes, Williams Dempsey made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. FC Toronto's Jewel Cooke tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 78 minutes into the game, Art Jensen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Milltown's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Toronto the free kick. Art Jensen hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Jewel Cooke came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Milltown's Jon Dozier. But to his dismay, Jon Dozier quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Williams Dempsey sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
