In the 6thth minute of the game Guy Sneed who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Toronto's Jewel Cooke was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Règne Rouge booed when FC Toronto was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Myles Faubert didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 8th minute of the match Eliseo Addison shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jewel Cooke showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 13th match minute, Règne Rouge was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Geoffroi Conn to maneuver through the defense. Jewel Cooke made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Constantin Toth in the 16th minute of play. Rocky Latham showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raul Elder in the 17th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raul Elder in the 20th minute of play forced Règne Rouge's goalkeeper Rocky Latham to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Règne Rouge booed when FC Toronto was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ross Buchanan didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 27th play minute Constantin Toth came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Jewel Cooke. 2-0. 30 minutes into the match, Règne Rouge's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Michael came free, but Rocky Latham reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Règne Rouge's Geoffroi Conn got a free kick in the 31st minute. In the 32nd minute, one of Règne Rouge:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Règne Rouge. Règne Rouge:s Rocky Latham showed great skill when he stopped Andy Peterson:s penalty. After some careless play in the Règne Rouge defense, Andy Peterson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rocky Latham. The Règne Rouge fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rocky Latham should have stopped the shot. When Demetrius Maxwell fell near the penalty area in the 36th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Toronto's protests and gave Demetrius Maxwell a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to FC Toronto getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Demetrius Maxwell hit a great ball. Rocky Latham showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raul Elder in the 40th minute of the match. Geoffroi Conn fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jewel Cooke having to interfere. 47 minutes into the match, Règne Rouge's goal looked a bit too open when Raul Elder came free, but Rocky Latham reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

After 55 played minutes Règne Rouge got a freekick which was hit by Guy Sneed. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Constantin Toth managed to get in a good position for a shot. Règne Rouge's supporters rose to their feet, but Constantin Toth was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jewel Cooke breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Olen Singh charged in rather forcefully in the 68th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Olen Singh the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Raul Elder scored 2-2 in the 71st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rocky Latham, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Geoffroi Conn sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 79th minute, Geoffroi Conn left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Règne Rouge fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. A collision led to Règne Rouge getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Fredrick Vasquez hit a great ball. Pablo Mansfield kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Règne Rouge walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
