Spectators: 8333 (Terracing: 6370, Seating: 1953, VIP seats: 10) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Malcolm Lindberg took the kick off in the first half of the match. 6 minutes into the game, Santos Blum was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FlashBobcat's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Maxstone the free kick. A collision led to FlashBobcat getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Santos Blum hit a great ball. Maxstone's Jerrold Cutler proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save Maxstone from getting a goal against them. Maxstone's Jerrold Cutler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Taylor Head in the 12th minute of play. Clarence Hurst hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Romeo Winter might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jackie Lambert. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Romeo Winter ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 19th minute Romeo Winter shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jackie Lambert saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 21 minutes into the match, FlashBobcat's goal looked a bit too open when Romeo Winter came free, but Jackie Lambert reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jackie Lambert didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Malcolm Lindberg went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. The crowd rose to their feet as Santos Blum kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jerrold Cutler. That made the score 1-1 in the 29 minute of play. 32 minutes into the match, FlashBobcat's goal looked a bit too open when Cornell Gagné came free, but Jackie Lambert reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, FlashBobcat's Williams Atwood got a free kick in the 37th minute. In the 38th minute Joacim Holmgren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jackie Lambert saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Clarence Hurst fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FlashBobcat's protests and gave Clarence Hurst a yellow card for diving instead. Clarence Hurst kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. In the 41st minute of the match Theron McManus sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jackie Lambert skillfully saved the ball. In the 43rd minute, Malcolm Lindberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Maxstone fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Malcolm Lindberg in the 47th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jackie Lambert prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Taylor Head was the one to do the kick off. If Malcolm Lindberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jackie Lambert showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raoul Bentley in the 54th minute of the match. With a little luck, FlashBobcat's Jackie Lambert got control of the ball when Joacim Holmgren tried to sneak it across the goal line. 60 minutes into the game, Romeo Winter recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jackie Lambert. Romeo Winter showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-4. In the 65th match minute, FlashBobcat was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Santo Boyd to maneuver through the defense. Marcelo Swift charged in rather forcefully in the 69th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marcelo Swift the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Marcelo Swift kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Maxstone defense, Taylor Head kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jerrold Cutler. The Maxstone fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jerrold Cutler should have stopped the shot. Cornell Gagné could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Jackie Lambert made a huge save. Jackie Lambert took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Malcolm Lindberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 79th minute of the match, Cornell Gagné got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jackie Lambert was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 82nd minute, Cornell Gagné ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jackie Lambert was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-5. Jackie Lambert made an important save on a dangerous shot by Joacim Holmgren in the 88th minute. After a rather tough play, Maxstone's Raoul Bentley got a free kick in the 90th minute. Taylor Head's late challenge caught a Maxstone's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Taylor Head helped the player get up and apologised. In the 91st match minute, FlashBobcat was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Taylor Head to maneuver through the defense. 94 minutes into the match, Joacim Holmgren notched a goal, 2-6, to the right of FlashBobcat's Jackie Lambert. Jackie Lambert was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Maxstone's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
