Spectators: 8317 (Terracing: 6366, Seating: 1951, VIP seats: 0) FC Toronto's Raul Elder started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 3 minutes, Joacim Holmgren made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. FC Toronto's Jewel Cooke tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match clock showed 9 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Malcolm Lindberg sped through FC Toronto's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jewel Cooke. In the 11th match minute, Maxstone was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erick Lundy to maneuver through the defense. Jewel Cooke made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Malcolm Lindberg in the 14th minute of play. With a little luck, Maxstone's Jerrold Cutler got control of the ball when Demetrius Maxwell tried to sneak it across the goal line. 26 minutes into the game, Maxstone's Cornell Gagné nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jewel Cooke made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Malcolm Lindberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jewel Cooke having to interfere. In the 30th match minute, FC Toronto was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Demetrius Maxwell to maneuver through the defense. In the 31st minute, Malcolm Lindberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Maxstone fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. After 36 minutes, Olen Singh mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Toronto and the Maxstone players grew even worse after the yellow card. Olen Singh hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Jewel Cooke made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romeo Winter in the 38th minute of play. Jewel Cooke took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Malcolm Lindberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Malcolm Lindberg took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jewel Cooke. Jewel Cooke dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Malcolm Lindberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Maxstone's supporters rose to their feet, but Malcolm Lindberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jewel Cooke breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The FC Toronto players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Maxstone were winning 0-7.

The wind increased when Malcolm Lindberg made the kick off in the second half. Olen Singh hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Raoul Bentley took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 54th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jewel Cooke. FC Toronto's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Malcolm Lindberg hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 63 minutes, Joacim Holmgren put it in 0-9 from a short distance just to the right of Jewel Cooke. Jewel Cooke stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Malcolm Lindberg's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. Joacim Holmgren could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Jewel Cooke made a huge save. When the match had gone on for 73 minutes, Malcolm Lindberg put it in 0-10 from a short distance just to the right of Jewel Cooke. Joacim Holmgren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 78th minute, Malcolm Lindberg fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Olen Singh kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Malcolm Lindberg took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jewel Cooke. Jewel Cooke dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-11. In the 83rd match minute, Maxstone was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raoul Bentley to maneuver through the defense. Joacim Holmgren took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jewel Cooke. Jewel Cooke dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-12. Jewel Cooke was a little too slow when Malcolm Lindberg got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 99th minute. The score was now 0-13. Maxstone's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
