A collision led to Règne Rouge getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Geoffroi Conn hit a great ball. Rocky Latham showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Panait Semeghin, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Rocky Latham took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Demarcus Mott, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rocky Latham showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stuart Turcotte in the 33rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Règne Rouge's Eliseo Addison got a free kick in the 34th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Constantin Toth during the 35th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 35th minute, Constantin Toth hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rocky Latham didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Grady Dupre went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. 43 minutes into the game, Mississauga DareDevils's Grady Dupre nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rocky Latham made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. In the 47th minute Grady Dupre shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rocky Latham saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half Mississauga DareDevils were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Valentin Xiong made a kick off. After 51 minutes, Roland Willoughby mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Règne Rouge and the Mississauga DareDevils players grew even worse after the yellow card. Règne Rouge's Rocky Latham played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valentin Xiong in the 55th minute of play. Demarcus Mott could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Rocky Latham made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valentin Xiong in the 58th minute of play forced Règne Rouge's goalkeeper Rocky Latham to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Grady Dupre received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Rocky Latham came out and tried to block the shot, but Grady Dupre slotted it home off the left post making it 0-5 in the 59th minute. Valentin Xiong fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rocky Latham having to interfere. The supporters of Mississauga DareDevils booed when Règne Rouge was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fredrick Vasquez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mississauga DareDevils's Olivier Lambert couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 66th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Règne Rouge. The crowd rose to their feet as Valentin Xiong kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Rocky Latham. That made the score 0-6 in the 68 minute of play. The supporters of Mississauga DareDevils booed when Règne Rouge was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roland Willoughby didn't get a good kick on the ball. 72 minutes in the game, Grady Dupre dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Rocky Latham made an important save on a dangerous shot by Grady Dupre in the 74th minute. When Mississauga DareDevils's Demarcus Mott in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The Mississauga DareDevils fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Reynaldo Paquette should have stopped the shot. Rocky Latham took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stuart Turcotte, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Grady Dupre could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Rocky Latham made a huge save. Valentin Xiong succeeded in the game's 93rd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-8. Mississauga DareDevils's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
