Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Sherman Harrington took the kick off in the first half of the match. When Augustin Jernigan came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Arctique F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Augustin Jernigan couldn't finish the play. In the 12th minute, Ronnie Wood hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 15 minutes into the game, Augustin Jernigan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Theo Parham was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ronnie Wood's late challenge caught a Bergland's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ronnie Wood helped the player get up and apologised. Ronnie Wood hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Augustin Jernigan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Theo Parham having to make a save. Augustin Jernigan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Arctique F.C. getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Robert Rodriguez hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Arctique F.C.'s zone, Sherman Harrington stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Harvey Grier came out of the goal and Sherman Harrington tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 39 minutes into the game, Sylvain Lindsay was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Arctique F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bergland the free kick. Neil French made in the 43rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Arctique F.C.'s Robert Rodriguez. After 47 played minutes Arctique F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Luke Montminy. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

If Augustin Jernigan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience was convinced that Sherman Harrington's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Harvey Grier was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sherman Harrington in the 58th minute of play forced Arctique F.C.'s goalkeeper Harvey Grier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Timmy Poissonnier kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Toby Lagueux blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Theo Parham having to make a save. Timmy Poissonnier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Theo Parham having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Bergland's Neil French got a free kick in the 70th minute. Augustin Jernigan's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Theo Parham firmly grabbed it by the left post. 73 minutes into the match, Augustin Jernigan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Theo Parham. Bergland's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Augustin Jernigan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. In the 79th minute, Bergland's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Toby Lagueux fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 85 minutes into the game, Neil French threw the ball into play from the sideline. Arctique F.C.'s Robert Rodriguez quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gerardo Dailey during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Arctique F.C. booed when Bergland was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gerardo Dailey didn't get a good kick on the ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Arctique F.C. walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
