Patrik Roeland showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erlantz Astudillo in the 12th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Alpha Pegasus's Hayden Oakes got a free kick in the 13th minute. Erlantz Astudillo scored 0-2 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Patrik Roeland, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Patrik Roeland took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gordon Moreland, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match clock showed 20 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Erlantz Astudillo sped through Alpha Pegasus's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Patrik Roeland. Tyson Mims kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. In the 31st minute, Gordon Moreland left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FriBeRtz Football Club fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Erlantz Astudillo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alpha Pegasus's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FriBeRtz Football Club the free kick. After a rather tough play, Alpha Pegasus's Ruy Saldanha got a free kick in the 41st minute. After having played for 42 minutes, Hassan Barrow managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FriBeRtz Football Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hassan Barrow was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 45 minutes into the match, Alpha Pegasus's goal looked a bit too open when Hassan Barrow came free, but Patrik Roeland reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hassan Barrow in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Patrik Roeland prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Erlantz Astudillo was the one to do the kick off. With a little luck, Alpha Pegasus's Patrik Roeland got control of the ball when Erlantz Astudillo tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of FriBeRtz Football Club booed when Alpha Pegasus was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Denny Ashby didn't get a good kick on the ball. Patrik Roeland made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Erlantz Astudillo sent off a good shot on target. Alpha Pegasus's defense didn't have a chance, in the 88th minute, when Pierre Welch scored to the left of an out of position Patrik Roeland, making the score, 0-8. FriBeRtz Football Club's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
