Francisco Beltza's late challenge caught a Ottawa Fury FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Francisco Beltza helped the player get up and apologised. In the 16th minute, Francisco Beltza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Laurenz Berrewouts made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rodolphe Campos in the 20th minute. Eston AFC's Laurenz Berrewouts proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Eston AFC from getting a goal against them. After 23 minutes, Miles Daigneault mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ottawa Fury FC and the Eston AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 23 played minutes Ottawa Fury FC got a freekick which was hit by Miles Daigneault. 26 minutes into the match, Lou Miranda notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Eston AFC's Laurenz Berrewouts. Laurenz Berrewouts was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a little luck, Eston AFC's Laurenz Berrewouts got control of the ball when Lou Miranda tried to sneak it across the goal line. 37 minutes into the match, Eston AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Josue Hood came free, but Laurenz Berrewouts reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eston AFC's Laurenz Berrewouts proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Eston AFC from getting a goal against them. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tyrell Lafond to make the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Josue Hood in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Laurenz Berrewouts prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Francisco Beltza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Sébastien McCauley tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Laurenz Berrewouts made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lou Miranda in the 63rd minute of play. After 63 minutes of play Eston AFC's Francisco Beltza was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Francisco Beltza hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Rodolphe Campos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Eston AFC getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Tyrell Lafond hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Josue Hood in the 70th minute of play forced Eston AFC's goalkeeper Laurenz Berrewouts to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tyrell Lafond was slow to take the kick. During this time Eston AFC's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Eston AFC's Tyrell Lafond to fire away a dangerous shot which Sébastien McCauley despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 81st minute Josue Hood shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Laurenz Berrewouts saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 83 minutes into the game, Josue Hood cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Laurenz Berrewouts was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Laurenz Berrewouts showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Josue Hood, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. 88 minutes into the match, Josue Hood notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Eston AFC's Laurenz Berrewouts.
