Ludwig Jetzek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brooks Hagen in the 3rd minute of play. Kheiron Kouropoulos made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when Bart Smith sent off a good shot on target. When Charly Beaud came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Summerland FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Charly Beaud couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, Summerland FC's Kheiron Kouropoulos got control of the ball when Sandro Vander tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 13th match minute, A.S. Minerul Anina was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mattias Brandt to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Forrest Sousa in the 14th minute of play forced Summerland FC's goalkeeper Kheiron Kouropoulos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Summerland FC fans' excitement grew in the 17th match minute when Summerland FC's Walton Pichette looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Kheiron Kouropoulos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Forrest Sousa in the 20th minute of the match. In the 22nd minute Brooks Hagen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ludwig Jetzek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Charly Beaud in the 24th minute of play forced A.S. Minerul Anina's goalkeeper Ludwig Jetzek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 25 minutes into the match, A.S. Minerul Anina's goal looked a bit too open when Charly Beaud came free, but Ludwig Jetzek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 26 minutes, Mattias Brandt took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Kheiron Kouropoulos to make any attempt to save it. A.S. Minerul Anina's Ludwig Jetzek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Walton Pichette in the 30th minute of play. In the 34th minute, Charly Beaud left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Summerland FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Through an outstanding action, after 38 minutes, Kheiron Kouropoulos successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 40th minute Bart Smith shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kheiron Kouropoulos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A.S. Minerul Anina's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Napoleon Justice in the 42nd minute. After 47 minutes, Kutilagesa Sahni mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the A.S. Minerul Anina and the Summerland FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Kutilagesa Sahni hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. The A.S. Minerul Anina players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Summerland FC were winning 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Brooks Hagen stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With an all-out effort, Summerland FC's Ludwig Jetzek threw himself towards the right post 53 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Brooks Hagen, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Brooks Hagen scored 1-3 in the 53rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ludwig Jetzek, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Walton Pichette had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Brooks Hagen in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ludwig Jetzek prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Kheiron Kouropoulos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Forrest Sousa in the 60th minute of the match. Kheiron Kouropoulos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Forrest Sousa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Summerland FC made a substitution. Perry Brooks replaced Walton Pichette. The supporters of Summerland FC booed when A.S. Minerul Anina was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yassine Gtari didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Summerland FC's Brooks Hagen in the 66th minute got a chance for a shot 66th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye A.S. Minerul Anina's goalie prevented a goal. Forrest Sousa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ludwig Jetzek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Perry Brooks, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Brooks Hagen in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ludwig Jetzek saved A.S. Minerul Anina from getting behind. Brooks Hagen struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Ludwig Jetzek didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Summerland FC. Brooks Hagen blasted a shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ludwig Jetzek having to make a save. When Brooks Hagen got free in front of the goal in the 89th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Ludwig Jetzek was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Hisham Mumtaz kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Summerland FC made a substitution. Craig Jimenez replaced Amédée Tracy. After a rather tough play, Summerland FC's Laverne Wesley got a free kick in the 94th minute. The Summerland FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
