Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5625, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 150) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Emory Richmond kicked off to start the match. In the 7th match minute, Marshrose was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sammie Laderoute to maneuver through the defense. Emory Richmond in the 8thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Jakub Nieruchliwy, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 10 minutes into the match, Marshrose's goalkeeper Jakub Nieruchliwy had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Emory Richmond. With a little luck, Marshrose's Jakub Nieruchliwy got control of the ball when Emory Richmond tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jakub Nieruchliwy made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Emory Richmond sent off a good shot on target. Max Darby kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. The supporters of Toronto FC booed when Marshrose was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bara Miss didn't get a good kick on the ball. 28 minutes into the game, Emory Richmond recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jakub Nieruchliwy. Emory Richmond showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Toronto FC's Bryon Russ played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Blair Mélançon in the 30th minute of play. Brice Bergman hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. 33 minutes into the match, Toronto FC's goal looked a bit too open when Frances Tisserand came free, but Bryon Russ reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bryon Russ showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bara Miss in the 35th minute of the match. The supporters of Toronto FC booed when Marshrose was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jake Perrault didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Marshrose's Jakub Nieruchliwy got control of the ball when Emory Richmond tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jake Perrault hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Emory Richmond could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Jakub Nieruchliwy made a huge save. In the 40th match minute, Toronto FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rubén-Darío Insúa to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Emory Richmond kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jakub Nieruchliwy. That made the score 2-0 in the 45 minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Frances Tisserand made a kick off. The supporters of Marshrose booed when Toronto FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rubén-Darío Insúa didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Emory Richmond came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Toronto FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emory Richmond couldn't finish the play. A throw-in in the 55th minute of the game was made by Sammie Laderoute with Blair Mélançon as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Jakub Nieruchliwy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emory Richmond in the 56th minute of play. 58 minutes into the game, one of Marshrose:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Jakub Nieruchliwy had in the 59thth minute some difficulties stopping Rick Elder's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Rick Elder took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jakub Nieruchliwy. Jakub Nieruchliwy dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Brice Bergman during the 63rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The referee gave Toronto FC a penalty, 64 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Rick Elder, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Marshrose's Jakub Nieruchliwy. 4-0. Blair Mélançon kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Rick Elder hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jake Perrault in the 72nd minute of play forced Toronto FC's goalkeeper Bryon Russ to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Emory Richmond in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jakub Nieruchliwy saved Marshrose from getting behind. In the 79th minute, one of Marshrose:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Marshrose. In the 80th minute there was a penalty for Toronto FC. Rick Elder stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Jakub Nieruchliwy. 5-0. Jakub Nieruchliwy stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Emory Richmond's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Blair Mélançon got free with Bryon Russ in the 97th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jason Charron hit a great freekick 99 minutes into the match. Emory Richmond recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 100th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the referee blew the final whistle, Toronto FC could leave the field as winners, despite Marshrose having more of the ball for most of the match.
