Dobrin Cormoran was slow to take the kick. During this time Burriss's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Dobrin Cormoran almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FCUniversitatea Cluj 1919's Arden Ryder did a great save. Monty Peacock's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arden Ryder read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. In the 30th minute the ball was on its way in behind FCUniversitatea Cluj 1919's goalkeeper Arden Ryder, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Arden Ryder made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-5. The Burriss players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
