With a little luck, Fenerbahçe S.K.'s Kristian Martinsson got control of the ball when Garfield Tovar tried to sneak it across the goal line. Fenerbahçe S.K.'s Kristian Martinsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Fenerbahçe S.K. from getting a goal against them. After taking down the ball on DOE FC's corner Tyler Bowser fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Kristian Martinsson quite easily take care of the ball. In the 34th minute, Marquis Frank left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The DOE FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Qiao Qi Bo in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kirk Lafond saved DOE FC from getting behind. A hard shot 38 in the game by Garfield Tovar from a close distance when the talented Kristian Martinsson managed to make a qualified save. Fenerbahçe S.K.'s players were relieved. Through an outstanding action, after 41 minutes, Kristian Martinsson successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. If Francesco Basso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Qiao Qi Bo in the 44th minute of play forced DOE FC's goalkeeper Kirk Lafond to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee felt a red card was in order, 47 minutes into the game, when Sherman Eldridge put in a rough tackle. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 46th minute of the game. One of Fenerbahçe S.K.:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of DOE FC:s goal.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Mazinho Vasco in the 57th minute of play forced Fenerbahçe S.K.'s goalkeeper Kristian Martinsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marquis Frank recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 61 minutes into the match, DOE FC's goal looked a bit too open when Christian Desaulniers came free, but Kirk Lafond reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fenerbahçe S.K. were awarded a corner in the 63th minute after DOE FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Carlo Sansouci took the corner. The corner led Fenerbahçe S.K.'s Carlo Sansouci to fire away a dangerous shot which Kirk Lafond despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Kirk Lafond showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christian Desaulniers, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. 70 minutes into the match, Garfield Tovar had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kristian Martinsson. Fenerbahçe S.K.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Garfield Tovar was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. If Marquis Frank had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Christian Desaulniers fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fenerbahçe S.K.'s protests and gave Christian Desaulniers a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of DOE FC booed when Fenerbahçe S.K. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christian Desaulniers didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, DOE FC's Sal Leal got a free kick in the 87th minute. DOE FC's Kirk Lafond played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francesco Basso in the 89th minute of play. Fenerbahçe S.K.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Carlo Sansouci in the 91st minute. The corner led Fenerbahçe S.K.'s Carlo Sansouci to fire away a dangerous shot which Kirk Lafond despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Mazinho Vasco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. DOE FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
