With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mendiko Cariga prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a little luck, Kesanani's Mendiko Cariga got control of the ball when Beltza Lombillo tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Tiago Canelas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 17 minutes into the game, Kesanani's Cesareo Valaguer nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mendiko Cariga didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tablaya AFC.
