With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edelmiro Joli in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ruben Albizu saved Tiquilpaya from getting behind. Gelmiro Cea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ruben Albizu having to interfere. Gelmiro Cea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Juanito Sominaya made an important save on a dangerous shot by Federico Gurbista in the 77th minute. A collision led to Chacataya getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Ruben Albizu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Chacataya fans cheered their team off the field, for while Tiquilpaya had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
