Sanson Ca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bero Abalos having to interfere. In the 23rdth minute of the game Johans Abendano who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Arillanga's Aztore Grandoso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

After some careless play in the Arillanga defense, Johans Abendano kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aztore Grandoso. The Arillanga fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aztore Grandoso should have stopped the shot. Johans Abendano charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Johans Abendano the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Romeo Urria managed to get in a good position for a shot. Arillanga's supporters rose to their feet, but Romeo Urria was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bero Abalos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sanson Ca could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Bero Abalos made a huge save. 72 minutes into the game, Itzaina Abaunza cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Aztore Grandoso was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Bero Abalos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Romeo Urria, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Johans Abendano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aztore Grandoso having to interfere. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
