In the 12th minute, Diego Abarca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Poderosa's Cutberto Abajas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victor Tacon in the 13th minute of play. Cutberto Abajas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jaunzuria Olea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Jaunzuria Olea managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nuccha FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Jaunzuria Olea was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cutberto Abajas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Poderosa's Ferrando Abaunza got a free kick in the 26th minute. After having played for 29 minutes, Nardo Abella managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Poderosa's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nardo Abella was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Nardo Abella recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Nataniel Abella came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Poderosa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nataniel Abella couldn't finish the play. If Jaunzuria Olea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nardo Abella's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 44thth minute, Herena Santome skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Tipi Mauriz kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. When Nardo Abella came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Poderosa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nardo Abella couldn't finish the play. But to his dismay, Nardo Abella quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jaunzuria Olea to make the kick off. With his leg Cutberto Abajas managed to avoid a goal in the 55thth minute, when Nuccha FC's Hermon Collazos fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Cutberto Abajas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hermon Collazos in the 60th minute. Hermon Collazos struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Cutberto Abajas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nuccha FC. 64 minutes into the game, Tello Amarelle was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nuccha FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Poderosa the free kick. Tello Amarelle kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. In the 66th minute Nardo Abella shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Herena Santome saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jaunzuria Olea in the 70th minute of play forced Poderosa's goalkeeper Cutberto Abajas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 95th minute, one of Poderosa:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Poderosa. The Nuccha FC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Poderosa from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
