Spectators: 7856 (Terracing: 6000, Seating: 1856, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Stanislao Abeijon took the kick off in the first half of the match. Francesco Abel was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 4 minutes into the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in Lupiara fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 4th minute. Penalty! Lluc Abascal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Gumaro Aballe stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lluc Abascal's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. In the 14th minute, Eron Abadia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Xuban Abecia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Gumaro Aballe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 19th minute, Xuban Abecia made a precise shot to the right of Gumaro Aballe. Lupiara's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Tolino Abeitia struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Demario Abarca didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lupiara. Lluc Abascal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 29 minutes into the game, Arpita's Xuban Abecia nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gumaro Aballe made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. 32 minutes into the match, Arpita's Xuban Abecia sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gumaro Aballe narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Gumaro Aballe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xuban Abecia in the 35th minute of play. When Gabriel Abeijon fell near the penalty area in the 38th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lupiara's protests and gave Gabriel Abeijon a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Arpita booed when Lupiara was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gabriel Abeijon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gumaro Aballe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xuban Abecia in the 43rd minute of play. Tolino Abeitia could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Demario Abarca made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lluc Abascal in the 47th minute of play forced Lupiara's goalkeeper Gumaro Aballe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Xuban Abecia was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Lupiara's goalkeeper Gumaro Aballe had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lluc Abascal. The audience was convinced that Xuban Abecia's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gumaro Aballe was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. The Arpita fans' excitement grew in the 59th match minute when Arpita's Xuban Abecia looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 70 minutes into the match, Xuban Abecia dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Gumaro Aballe, 0-5. With a little luck, Lupiara's Gumaro Aballe got control of the ball when Lluc Abascal tried to sneak it across the goal line. 77 minutes into the game, Xuban Abecia recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gumaro Aballe. Xuban Abecia showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6. Lluc Abascal succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-7 in the 83rd playminute. With an all-out effort, Arpita's Gumaro Aballe threw himself towards the right post 89 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Xuban Abecia, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Lluc Abascal's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gumaro Aballe read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. Xuban Abecia struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Gumaro Aballe didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Arpita. Alonso Abalos hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Xuban Abecia in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gumaro Aballe saved Lupiara from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Lupiara's Francesco Abello got a free kick in the 96th minute. Gumaro Aballe was out of position in the 97 minute of play, and Xuban Abecia capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Xuban Abecia really showed his touch with that goal: 0-8. The Lupiara supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Arpita's performance. The match ended with a win for Arpita.
