The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Adelmo Pemjean made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Algimantas Tarasevičius in the 12th minute of play. Lamento Boliviano's Augusto Vergílio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Todor Abaunza in the 15th minute of play. Adelmo Pemjean showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Algimantas Tarasevičius in the 17th minute of the match. 19 minutes into the game, Jos Musseeuw cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Adelmo Pemjean was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Adelmo Pemjean made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jos Musseeuw in the 23rd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jos Musseeuw in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adelmo Pemjean prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Augusto Vergílio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Todor Abaunza in the 30th minute of play. A collision led to Lamento Boliviano getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Algimantas Tarasevičius hit a great ball. Xaven Abascal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Augusto Vergílio having to interfere. 36 minutes into the match, Always Ready's Frechoso Abellaneda sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Augusto Vergílio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Lamento Boliviano booed when Always Ready was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tuncay Ulutan didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Always Ready's goalkeeper Adelmo Pemjean, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Lamento Boliviano's Augusto Vergílio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save Lamento Boliviano from getting a goal against them.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Zsolt Molnár to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Zsolt Molnár reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Adelmo Pemjean. The goal made the score 0-2. After 53 played minutes Always Ready got a freekick which was hit by Xaven Abascal. Augusto Vergílio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Todor Abaunza in the 56th minute of the match. In the 59th minute of the match, Zsolt Molnár got a very nice opportunity to score, but Adelmo Pemjean was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Adelmo Pemjean took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Algimantas Tarasevičius, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Christovao Abastas got free with Adelmo Pemjean in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Adelmo Pemjean came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Lamento Boliviano's Jos Musseeuw. But to his dismay, Jos Musseeuw quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Always Ready made a substitution. Iraido Abecia replaced Cresencio Abenda. Lia Abad hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Always Ready's Adelmo Pemjean got control of the ball when Christovao Abastas tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lamento Boliviano's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
