After recieving a nice pass, Bolívar's Marcelito Abendano tried to score from far away in the 3rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. When Lopez Aballe came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the Bolívar fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lopez Aballe couldn't finish the play. Gonchan Sesma came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by Bolívar's Karmel Abadie. But to his dismay, Karmel Abadie quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Gonchan Sesma showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sansone Abenda in the 13th minute of the match. In the 15th minute, Nuno Manjaleguas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Bolívar booed when Mosquera was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Odilon Victorero didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mosquera's Gonchan Sesma played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karmel Abadie in the 24th minute of play. Cristo Abaunza took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gonchan Sesma. Gonchan Sesma dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 31stth minute of the game Karmel Abadie who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mosquera's Gonchan Sesma was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Pau Vivaldo's late challenge caught a Bolívar's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pau Vivaldo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 32nd minute, Pau Vivaldo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 33rd minute, Karmel Abadie ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gonchan Sesma was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. The audience was convinced that Karmel Abadie's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gonchan Sesma was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Egun Abeitia during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The audience held their breath when Odilon Victorero in the 49th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Juaneizu Abajas's left hand side. After the first half Bolívar were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tximitx Tegeiro made a kick off. 57 minutes into the match, Cristo Abaunza notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Mosquera's Gonchan Sesma. Gonchan Sesma was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 60 minutes, Guillerme Lama mouthed his way into the referee's book. Cristo Abaunza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cristo Abaunzas short, quick shot in the 79thth minute got Gonchan Sesma to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Lopez Aballe blasted a shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gonchan Sesma having to make a save. Cristo Abaunza in the 81stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Gonchan Sesma, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Gonchan Sesma was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Cristo Abaunza showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-7 in the 87 minute of play. Karmel Abadie was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 90th minute. Bolívar's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Sansone Abenda in the 96thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Gonchan Sesma, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. With a little luck, Mosquera's Gonchan Sesma got control of the ball when Cristo Abaunza tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bolívar's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
