The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Furtado Bailina stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 52 played minutes Maturrango got a freekick which was hit by Afonso Riguez. The crowd rose to their feet as Evangelista Jeantes kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Xayveon Leniz. That made the score 1-2 in the 55 minute of play. After some careless play in the Santiago FC defense, Michal Pahucki kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Xayveon Leniz. The Santiago FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Xayveon Leniz should have stopped the shot. Furtado Bailina blasted a shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ubaldo Larrangos having to make a save. After 95 minutes of play, Santiago FC's Urritz Pimentel made it 2-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ubaldo Larrangos was left in no man's land by his defense there! The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Maturrango eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
