Spectators: 6694 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1694, VIP seats: 0) Arenales AFC's Lugo Cagigas started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 2 played minutes Carrasco got a freekick which was hit by Platon Villaelrriego. Lugo Cagigas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Hernandez Palafox tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind Carrasco's goalkeeper Hernandez Palafox, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Platon Villaelrriego fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Carrasco's protests and gave Platon Villaelrriego a yellow card for diving instead. In the 7th match minute, Carrasco was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Platon Villaelrriego to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Donato Reganado in the 8th minute of play forced Carrasco's goalkeeper Hernandez Palafox to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hernandez Palafox showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lugo Cagigas, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Lugo Cagigas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Lugo Cagigas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 22nd play minute Kauldi Cariton came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Josu Danzo. 1-0. After 28 played minutes Carrasco got a freekick which was hit by Manni Bardeci. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lugo Cagigas in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hernandez Palafox saved Carrasco from getting behind. After 29 minutes, Lugo Cagigas made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Carrasco's Hernandez Palafox tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kauldi Cariton got free with Josu Danzo in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Donato Reganado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Donato Reganado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Hernandez Palafox tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Santxo Frejon kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. In the 45th minute Donato Reganado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hernandez Palafox saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Castel Egas to make the kick off. Montes Pescatori hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Josu Danzo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kauldi Cariton in the 58th minute of play. If Platon Villaelrriego had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arenales AFC's Josu Danzo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kauldi Cariton in the 63rd minute of play. When Castel Egas came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Carrasco fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Castel Egas couldn't finish the play. If Castel Egas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 74 minutes into the game, Carrasco's Kauldi Cariton nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Josu Danzo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Kauldi Cariton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Laurentzi Riesgo hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Hernandez Palafox made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Montes Pescatori in the 93rd minute of play. Carrasco were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Arenales AFC for a fine match.
