A wasted opportunity for Piedritas FC. Martxel Huemen blasted a shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Xavian Sisquella having to make a save. Scavino AFC's Xavian Sisquella proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Scavino AFC from getting a goal against them. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Manilan Torrea during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 16 played minutes Scavino AFC got a freekick which was hit by Manilan Torrea. Xavian Sisquella showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Martxel Huemen, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Piedritas FC's Ildefonso Pecina suffered a sore thigh after 21 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Scavino AFC's Manilan Torrea got his second yellow card of the match in the 21st minute. The referee ordered Manilan Torrea off the ground. When Candido Buitrago fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Piedritas FC's protests and gave Candido Buitrago a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Piedritas FC getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Candido Buitrago hit a great ball. Candido Buitrago was shown his second yellow card after 26 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of Scavino AFC booed when Piedritas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Candido Buitrago didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bernardino Palomera received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Xavian Sisquella tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Timoteo Lizarazu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Timoteo Lizarazu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 42 minutes into the match, Piedritas FC's Martxel Huemen sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Xavian Sisquella narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Timoteo Lizarazu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xavian Sisquella having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bernardino Palomera to make the kick off. Martxel Huemen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xavian Sisquella having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Martxel Huemen in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Xavian Sisquella saved Scavino AFC from getting behind. Xavian Sisquella showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martxel Huemen in the 66th minute of the match. After having played for 69 minutes, Martxel Huemen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Piedritas FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Martxel Huemen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Scavino AFC's Xavian Sisquella played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martxel Huemen in the 72nd minute of play. 74 minutes into the game, Martxel Huemen cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Xavian Sisquella was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 81 minutes into the match, Scavino AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Martxel Huemen came free, but Xavian Sisquella reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Xavian Sisquella made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Timoteo Lizarazu in the 82nd minute of play. Martxel Huemen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Chucho Sedeño couldn't finish the play. Intxixu Seijas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Egoi Sonibas having to interfere. 93 minutes into the match, Piedritas FC's Martxel Huemen sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Xavian Sisquella narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Martxel Huemen came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Piedritas FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Martxel Huemen couldn't finish the play. There was no doubt that Piedritas FC were the better team. Piedritas FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
