Durazno AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gipuzkoa Rius was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Su Sorondo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Mikeldi Olave tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With an all-out effort, Durazno AFC's Eustaquio Dolfos threw himself towards the right post 30 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Rene Perera, which otherwise would have been placed in the net.
